The 2008 Arpad’s Selection Zinfandel was created to honor Arpad’s commitment to his father’s legacy. Following careful cluster sorting, the must was fermented in small French Oak vats. The wine was then gently pressed off and aged in barrel, and the components are hand selected for exceptional richness and complexity. Bright aromas of dark cherry blend beautifully with exotic spices as notes of orange rind and black currant grace the palate. Cranberry flavors mingle with clove and cardamom spice as elegant tannins give this wine a lush mouthfeel all before ending in a long delicious finish.
